Community transfer reports

Reports may include countries, provider, transfer amount, visible fee, exchange rate, payout amount, speed, and a redacted evidence link. Contact email is optional and is kept in a private review collection. Pending reports are not shown publicly.

Survey responses

Survey answers are used to improve research topics and website tools. Optional contact details are used only for follow-up questions. Anonymous findings may be summarized in future educational material.

Member accounts and credits

Registration, email verification, password recovery, and login are handled by Wix. Ubuntu Capital does not receive or store member passwords. The project stores a Wix member identifier, search-credit balance, and links between that member and submitted report references in private CMS collections. Credits have no monetary value.

Retention and removal

Data is retained only while useful to the project. To request deletion of a submission, contact detail, or member-linked project record, email ubuntucapitalinquiry@gmail.com with enough information to identify the record.
